Leonie Lane & John Stewart | OutsideInside
March - June 2017
OutsideInside is a collaborative project by Leonie Lane and John Stewart, two of this region’s many artists and designers who love to represent what is ‘local’ and unique about the Northern Rivers.
Drawing inspiration from their immediate natural and man-made landscapes, they have combined their complementary skills to produce an installation of vases and wallpaper designs informed by a shared love of their immediate environment. Purposely designed to bring the ‘outside’ inside, the artworks will speak to the residents and visitors of the region denoting a shared connection to the Northern Rivers.
