Elemental  |  Jacqui and Sam Sosnowski

Elemental is a combined exhibition of wood lithography (Mokulito) and primitive fired ceramic vessels. Sam’s Mokulito’s subject matter reflects a strong sense of place using the elements of Earth and Water, while Jacqui’s ceramics use actual Earth, Water and Fire in their production. Both processes investigate how “happy accidents” can lead artists to abandon some of their control and allow unpredictability and experimentation in their respective media to influence the outcome.
