The Cedar-getters Daughter

The Cedar-getters Daughter is an ongoing theme explored in Jennifer Collins’ arts practice and over the years has been developed into print, drawn and painted works. The pen and watercolour works in this exhibition are colourful representations about the history of the Big Scrub in the early days of settlement and the getting of timber in Northern NSW.

The exhibition highlights the plight of vulnerable, endangered and critically endangered animal species.
